 Children's Parade (JUNE 26) Each year, on the Saturday before July 4th, children have an opportunity to express their patriotism in the Celebration of Liberty children's parade. Decorate your dog, horse, wagon, bicycle, stroller, horse, or make your own float. Stop in at the Rigby Broulim's grocery store and enter to win a free bicycle. Drawing will be at 12:45 pm before the parade begins at 1:00 pm. You must be present to win. Parade route: Parade will begin at the old county courthouse and will proceed down Main Street. It will turn North on state street and will end at the city park on West-1st North—less than 1-mile. Begin to take your place at the courthouse by 12:30 am. Drawing at 12:45. Parade begins promptly at 1:00pm.
Please, no motorized vehicles (i.e., 4-wheelers, motorcycles, scooters, go-carts, etc.). Small electric cars that move slow are welcome. Â
